We deliver to the United Kingdom and France. Delivery is free to both.

UK delivery

• Free tracked delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses.
• Delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on your address and the items in your order.
• You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands is also free but may take 1 to 3 extra working days.

Delivery to France

• Free delivery to France.
• Delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on your address and the items in your order.
• No extra charges on delivery: VAT and import duty are paid at checkout.
• You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Other countries

We currently deliver to the UK and France only. For delivery anywhere else, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery problems

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email vuextend@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out. Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Business and bulk orders

Business and volume orders get the same free delivery. Large orders may be sent on a pallet or in several parcels, and we will confirm delivery times with your quote.
