Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your VueXtend. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

30-day returns

  • You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period required by law in the UK and the EU.
  • UK orders: returns within 30 days are free. Email us at vuextend@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid returns label.
  • Orders delivered in France: email us with your order number and we will send you the returns address. If you have changed your mind, the cost of sending the item back is yours. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay for the return.
  • Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, with all screens, cables, the stand and carry bag in the original packaging.
  • You can try your screen extender as you would in a shop. If an item comes back damaged or with parts missing beyond normal handling, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows.

Cancelling your order (EU customers)

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by emailing vuextend@gmail.com, or by sending us this form:

Refunds

We will refund the full price you paid, including any delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the return (or of you showing proof that you sent it, if that is sooner). Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your VueXtend arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email us with your order number and a photo or short description of the problem.

  • UK customers: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, and if that does not fix the problem you can claim a refund.
  • Customers in France: you have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and protection against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). We will repair or replace a faulty item free of charge, or refund it if neither is possible.

12-month warranty

Every VueXtend comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse or normal wear. It is in addition to your legal rights, which it does not affect. For customers in France, it is a commercial guarantee on top of the 2-year legal guarantee.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or model, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is the quickest way to get the model you want.

Business orders

Orders placed by a business are covered by the same 30-day returns and 12-month warranty. Volume or custom orders agreed by quote may have their own terms, which we will confirm in writing.
